Taking injection molding process as an example, from the precise ratio of raw materials, to the precise control of temperature, pressure and time during the injection process, to the precise manufacturing and maintenance of molds, every link is strictly controlled to ensure that the product dimensions are accurate, the surface is smooth, and the performance is stable; the blow molding process focuses on the regulation of parameters such as the blowing ratio of the mold core and the cooling speed, and the produced hollow plastic products have uniform wall thickness and high strength. In terms of quality control, the factory has established a complete quality management system. From the inspection of raw materials entering the factory, to the patrol and random inspection during the production process, to the full inspection of finished products, it strictly implements various quality standards to ensure that every product leaving the factory meets the high-quality requirements.
